Wade Cook

Wade Cook is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at TD since July 2020, Wade previously held the position of Assistant Vice President in Real Estate Corporate Banking at Regions Bank from March 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that, Wade worked as a Senior Credit Analyst specializing in Commercial Real Estate at First Horizon Bank from November 2013 to February 2017, and began their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch from October 2011 to October 2013. Wade holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina, earned between 2007 and 2011.
