Yi Wu

Yi Wu, CFA, FRM, CISA, currently serves as Vice President and Managing Director at TD, overseeing the Second Line of Defense Testing in the United States since September 2025. Prior to this role, Yi held the position of Executive Director in Firm Risk Management at Morgan Stanley from June 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading the global independent control validation program for assessing internal controls within the firm. Yi's earlier experience includes various roles at PwC, starting as a Risk Assurance Associate and advancing to Risk Assurance Director from September 2006 to June 2020, as well as serving as a Research Analyst at EdgeLab and a Corporate Banking Account Manager at Bank of China. Yi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from Renmin University of China.
