Carey Squires

Carey Squires is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Equity-Linked Capital Markets at TD Securities since June 2023, Carey has previously held significant roles, including Member of the Board of Directors at BEVO AGTECH INC and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Aurora Cannabis Inc. from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior to these positions, Carey was Co-Head of Equity-Linked Capital Markets at BMO Capital Markets and worked in mergers and acquisitions at TD Securities. Early in the career, Carey gained technical expertise as a Software Engineer at Protexis. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BSc in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
