Edward Arden

Edward Arden has extensive experience in the financial institutions sector, specifically in investment banking and capital markets. Edward held the position of Managing Director at TD Securities from June 2016 to the present, where they are the Group Head of Financial Institutions. Prior to that, they worked at Wells Fargo from December 2009 to June 2016, where they were the Global Head of Financial Institutions. Edward also spent a significant portion of their career at UBS from October 1993 to December 2009, where they held the role of US Head of Financial Institutions.

Edward Arden obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Finance from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition, they hold certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute and FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 from FINRA.
