Sachin Jain

Sachin JAIN is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at TD Securities since May 2021, Sachin previously held the role of Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs from September 2015 to May 2021. Responsibilities included preparing pitch books, conducting comprehensive financial and valuation analyses, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions within various sectors. Notable deal experience encompasses sell-side advisory for a global leader in building solutions and anti-raid advisory for a leader in minerals and metals processing technology. Earlier roles included Transaction Services and Control Assistant at Mobivia Groupe and summer internships at KPMG India and Ernst & Young. Sachin holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Essex.
