Bonnie Krensavage Smith

Bonnie Krensavage Smith joined Tech Data as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) in October 2020. She is responsible for the company's worldwide innovation Strategy, driving innovation through Tech Data's global enterprise Systems and world- class e-business solutions. Previously, Sonnie served as Vice President and CIO at Lear Corporation from 2016 until 2020. In this role, she transformed the company's information technology delivery model and reinforced Information technology and business alignment. Prior to joining Lear, Bonnie served as Senior Vice President and Industrial Sector CIO for Eaton Corporation. While at Eaton Corporation, she drove strategic solutions including CRM, predictive analytics, and digital marketing and ecommerce platforms. She also held executive positions at Thierrno Fisher including three years in Europe, Abbott Laboratories, and McKinsey & Company Bonnie was honored as CIO Of the Year in 2012 by the Pittsburgh Technology Council and as a Leading Woman in STEM in 2018 by Detroit's Rhonda Walker Foundation, She serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Harvard Group, and is a Director for Mentors International Bonnie holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Indiana university Of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the university Of Chicago, EX)th with High Honors.
