Edward Metcalf

Edward Metcalf is a Senior Chemical Engineer at TDA Research, with extensive experience in chemical engineering and process development spanning several years. Prior to TDA Research, Edward held roles at POET as an Associate Process Development Engineer and Process Development Engineer I, and worked as a Lab Assistant at Hyde Engineering + Consulting, where contributions included ISO9001 certified laboratory operations and assisting in various engineering projects. Edward's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering and a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, where independent research involved organometallic catalysts for biomass conversion. Additional experience includes a Hydrology Internship at the United States Geological Survey, where Edward engaged in carbon sequestration assessments and managed large datasets. Earlier work also involved roles in sports officiating and agricultural management.
