Darwin Frances Antiporda has had a diverse work experience in the customer service and learning and development field. Starting as a Directory Assistance Operator at KGB Philippines (formerly INFONXX) in 2007, they later moved to TELUS International Philippines in 2008. At TELUS, Darwin held various roles such as Customer Care Associate, Agent with Training Project, and eventually transitioned into a Learning Specialist Team Leader. Darwin Frances was recognized for their training skills and project leadership, contributing to improved performance and customer satisfaction. In 2022, Darwin joined TDCX as a Learning and Development Lead, continuing their career in training and talent development.
Darwin Frances Antiporda completed a Bachelor in Secondary Education with a major in English from the Philippine Normal University from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Six Sigma Yellow Belt from TELUS International Philippines and Trainer Development Workshop from ICMI.
