Fort Ryan Samson, CHRP, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at TDCX since July 2019, previously holding the role of Senior Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior to TDCX, Fort Ryan Samson accumulated over eleven years of experience at [24]7.ai, where positions included HR Manager - Total Rewards and Sr. Officer - Total Rewards, along with various roles in Total Rewards at Smart Communications, Inc. from June 2004 to May 2008. Fort Ryan Samson holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University and a certificate in Compensation and Rewards Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
