Lynne Sit has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lynne most recently worked as the Senior Director Global Talent Acquisition at TDCX, specializing in digital customer experience solutions. Prior to this role, they held positions at Caterpillar Inc., Alexander Mann Solutions, DKSH, Mercer, GE Healthcare, and Futurestep, gaining extensive experience in talent acquisition management and executive search consulting across various industries in the Asia Pacific region.

Lynne Sit holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) degree with a focus on Marketing from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Lynne also completed a Graduate Diploma in HRM from the Singapore Institute of Management, where they received a Certificate of Commendation for academic performance.
