Nikolai Y.

Nikolai Y. started their career as a Strategic Planning Intern at Axiata in 2014, where they supported market analysis and strategic initiatives, leading to revenue growth. Nikolai then moved on to work as an English Language Teacher at Ipswich English School in 2015, providing engaging language classes. Transitioning to Freedom Logistics in 2017, they served as an Operations Associate, managing inventory and operational processes. Subsequently, at Accenture, they held roles in risk analysis, tech sales enablement, and social media from 2019 to 2023, achieving significant improvements in sales performance. Currently, Nikolai is engaged as an IT Cloud Sales Lead at TDCX.

Nikolai Y. holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Oregon. Nikolai also completed the American Degree Transfer Program (ADTP) in Business Administration and Management at INTI. Additionally, Nikolai obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in 2023. Nikolai pursued studies in SILS International Business and Japanese at Waseda University.
