Pced Michelle Bly

Michelle Bly, PCED, AICP serves as the Regional Manager and Principal at TD&H Engineering since July 2012, focusing on project development, project management, grant writing, grant administration, and proposal preparation. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Principal Business Director at Progressive Engineering Group, Inc. from June 1999 to July 2012, overseeing project management and business operations alongside grant writing and administration. Michelle's career began as an Operations Manager at Wyatt Engineering from June 1996 to December 1997, where responsibilities included grant writing and general management. Michelle earned a Master of Science in Community and Economic Development from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Lewis-Clark State College.
