Richard Byno

Richard Byno is the current Director of Marine Operations at TDI-Brooks International Inc., where Richard directs and manages assets, personnel, and field activities for renewable energy and IOC programs/projects. Prior to this, Richard held various leadership roles in organizations such as the CIA, NSA, U.S. Department of Defense, among others. Byno is a highly experienced individual with a background in special operations, intelligence analysis, and high-threat protection. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Administration and a degree in Military and Strategic Leadership.
