Robert Rodgers, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Robert is currently working as an Adjunct Lecturer at Gannon University. Prior to this, they held several positions at TDI Technologies, Inc., including Vice President of Engineering, Director of NSWCPD Operations, and Senior Electrical Engineer. Robert also worked as a Senior Engineer at McKean Defense. Earlier in their career, Robert worked as an Electrical Engineer at Delphinus Engineering, Inc. and as a Transmission Planning Engineer at PPL Electric Utilities. Robert also has experience in non-engineering roles, including serving as the Director of College Ministries at the First United Methodist Church of Erie. Robert's extensive background demonstrates their expertise in engineering and leadership roles.

Robert Rodgers, P.E. attended Gannon University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at Drexel University from 2007 to 2011, completing a Master's degree in Engineering Management. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the Ohio Society of Professional Engineers in May 2014. Recently, they also acquired the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification from Microsoft in June 2018.
