Rich Fanning

Rich Fanning has extensive experience in the construction and service industries, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Rich serves as the Director of Preconstruction at TDIndustries, Inc. since August 2017, where responsibilities have included prior roles as Business Development Manager and Project Management Team Leader. Prior to this, Rich held the position of Director of Service at The Brandt Companies and Vice President of Service at Comfort Systems USA South Central. Earlier in Rich's career, significant roles included Regional Operations Manager at HTS Engineering, Senior Service Manager at TDIndustries, and Account Executive at Houston Trane. Rich is an alumnus of the University of Houston.
