Toshiyuki Saito

Toshiyuki Saito is the Startup Liaison at TDK Ventures. In this role, they is responsible for bridging the various business groups across TDK with the startups that TDK Ventures invests in.

Prior to their current role, Mr. Saito served as the Director of Corporate Technology Planning at TDK USA Corporation for one year. In this role, they were responsible for driving corporate growth strategy projects with major IC partners in the U.S. and corporate governance projects in the US TDK entities and various corporate matters.

Before joining TDK USA Corporation, Mr. Saito served as the Corporate Strategy headquarter Corporate planning at TDK for five years. In this role, they led various strategic investment projects including cross-border M&A, establishing Joint-ventures, establishing corporate partnerships, and making strategic investments.

The team of Toshiyuki Saito is responsible for connecting startups with resources within the company. This includes providing mentorship, access to funding, and introductions to potential partners. The team also provides legal and marketing support to startups.
