Connie Pautz

Connie Pautz has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Connie began their career at Hutchinson Technology, where they held various roles. Starting as a Human Resources Manager, Connie managed the HR function during a period of significant growth, implementing recruitment strategies and introducing training programs. Connie then took on the role of Corporate Communications Director, where they developed and executed strategic communication plans to drive business results and build a culture of excellence. After that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources, providing global HR leadership for 2,200 employees at multi-site manufacturing facilities. During their tenure, they played a key role in reshaping the business model and expanding global capabilities. Following the acquisition of Hutchinson Technology by TDK, Connie served as the Vice President of Human Resources, implementing strategies to capture synergies and ensure integration. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President of HR and Organization Development, where they developed and directed strategies to enhance organizational capability and drive high performance within the divisional business unit.

Connie Pautz has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
