Shalyn Apodaca

Shalyn Apodaca is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at TDP Bakery since September 2024. Previously, Shalyn held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Vivo Living, where responsibilities included developing and executing talent acquisition strategies and managing the full cycle recruiting process. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager at Square One Concepts, Inc., where Shalyn created the Talent Acquisition department and partnered with teams to align on talent strategies. Shalyn began a career at SEPHORA as a Talent and Business Operations Manager, focusing on recruiting and hiring, and spent a decade with The Wendy's Company in various roles culminating as GM-Human Resources. Shalyn completed education at Sherrard High School from 2000 to 2004.
