Sergio Monteiro Cavalcanti

Sergio Monteiro Cavalcanti is a cofounder and managing partner of The Digital Strategy Company since February 2012 and a cofounder and manager at Squared Ventures since January 2010. With extensive experience in corporate law as a partner at Escritorio de Advocacia Jose Paulo Cavalcanti since August 1995, Sergio specializes in business law within the financial sector, notably leading the PROER case, as well as in real estate and information technology law. Academically, Sergio holds a master's degree in E-Commerce Law and Policy from Harvard University (2000-2001) and a bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (1993-1999).
