Dipesh Patel

Dipesh Patel has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Dipesh currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions & Corporate Development at TDS®, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Discover Financial Services for six years, where they held the role of Lead Financial Analyst. In this role, Dipesh was responsible for supporting and advising leadership, conducting analytics, developing cost-reduction initiatives, and managing a team. Before their time at Discover Financial Services, they worked at Aldwych Capital Partners LLC as a Managing Director, focusing on investment banking and M&A. Dipesh also served as a Senior Vice President at Madison Street Capital LLC for four years, where they gained extensive experience in M&A and capital raising. Early in their career, they worked at Zurich North America as a Credit Analyst, analyzing clients involved in M&A and other special situations.

Dipesh Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management from Birkbeck, University of London, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. Dipesh also pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Capital and Financial Management in Insurance from Bayes Business School from 2004 to 2005. In addition, Dipesh Patel has obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
