Ilan Pragaspathy

Ilan Pragaspathy is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in strategic planning and financial analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning at TDS® since January 2018, Ilan leads corporate FP&A, developing long-range strategic plans and collaborating with company leaders to analyze business performance. Previous roles include Director of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning and Director of Corporate Strategy at TDS®, where growth was driven through strategic initiatives across multiple business sectors. Additional responsibilities include Board Member at Suttle-Straus and Venture Partner at Eudemian Ventures, contributing to investments in innovative ventures. Ilan has held significant positions at SAP, A.T. Kearney, Cavium, Intel, and Hewlett-Packard/Compaq, showcasing expertise in strategy, M&A, and business transformation. Education includes a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
