Oshea Richards, CCM, is a highly experienced project manager currently leading a $34 million roofs renovation project at Marcy Houses for the New York City Housing Authority at TDX Construction Corporation since November 2018. Prior to this role, Oshea served as Project Engineer at One Elite Contracting and held various positions, including Carpenter at OAS S.A., Field Operator/CAD Technician/Water Technician at Envirospec Caribbean Ltd., and Mechanical Assistant at Reliable Maintenance Services Co.
