Paul Davis

Paul Davis has extensive experience in operations and customer support, currently serving as Operations Team Lead and Senior Operations Specialist at TDX Group since January 2009. Responsibilities include managing audits with clients, process improvement, revenue enhancement, and cost reduction within the Case Management Team. Prior to TDX Group, Paul held a position at Millcourt Shopfittings Limited from January 2003 to January 2009, providing support to the sales team through various administrative tasks. Additionally, Paul gained retail experience as a Shop Assistant at American Adventure while attending Intec Business College, where a NVQ level 2 in Business Administration was achieved. Paul completed education at Eastwood Comprehensive School from 1996 to 2001.
