Shaunna Austin has extensive experience in client management and operational processes, currently serving as an Account Director at TDX Group since March 2017, where responsibilities include managing client portfolios, facilitating audits, and improving the audit process. Previously, Shaunna held various roles at TDX Group, such as Account Manager and Client Services Manager, and worked briefly in Risk Management at Capital One. Shaunna began their career as an Operations Specialist, gaining expertise in data processing and client communications. Educationally, Shaunna holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Criminology from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
