Jennifer Heiser

Jennifer Heiser, MBA, currently serves as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at TE Connectivity, leading Medical Tubing projects from conception to production and establishing process capabilities. Previously, Jennifer worked at LeachGarner, where extensive experience as a Process Engineer included root cause analysis, process improvements, and the execution of waste reduction initiatives. Jennifer also held roles as Materials Characterization Lab Supervisor and Metallurgist at LeachGarner, providing technical support and leading new product development projects. Earlier career experience includes a Material Science and Engineering internship at Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals and a Senior Design Project at the University of Connecticut. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering.
