Matthew Terry is a Senior Quality Engineer at TE Connectivity, where they leverage their problem-solving skills and evidence-based approach to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previously, they served as a Quality Engineer III at EnerSys and held various engineering roles, including a Programs Engineer at Exelon Nuclear, where they evaluated critical safety regulations for nuclear power plants. Matthew earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from Bucknell University and also studied at the University of Limerick. Throughout their career, they have utilized advanced engineering tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma and LEAN Manufacturing, to drive quality and process improvements.
