Dean Fraser

Dean Fraser serves as the General Manager of Transformation at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu since August 2020. Previously, Dean held the position of GM Risk and Programs at Silver Fern Farms Ltd, where responsibilities included expanding project portfolios and delivering strategy and value improvement projects. Dean's career also includes roles as Director of Projects at Jacobs and PMO Global Delivery Manager for Downstream Oil & Gas, leading project operations across multiple markets. Additional experience includes key positions at Sinclair Knight Merz, Ergon Energy, Southern District Health Board, and Ngāi Tahu Development Corporation. Dean holds multiple postgraduate qualifications in project management and corporate governance from renowned institutions, alongside a Master's in Indigenous Studies.
