Fiona McQuade

Fiona McQuade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management, development, and strategic relationship management across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu since September 2023, Fiona previously held the position of Manager, Property and Commercial at Mackenzie District Council, overseeing commercial property management and economic development initiatives. As Development Manager at Craighead Diocesan School, Fiona focused on cultivating relationships and fundraising for school growth. Prior to these roles, Fiona managed commercial and residential property portfolios as a self-employed Property Manager and served as Commercial Property Manager at Timaru District Council. Additional experience includes a tenure as Business Relationship Manager at Southern Link Agencies Limited, Project Manager for Geraldine Preschool Inc., and Sector Lead for Digital Business at BP. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago.
