Tomas Augusto Germano has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tomas Augusto currently holds the position of COO & CTO at TEUNO, where they have redesigned and implemented an operational model, resulting in a 6x growth of the team. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Technology at Teetech, offering consultancy services in cyber security strategy and operational models for organizations in the banking, insurance, and government sectors. Tomas Augusto also served as the CISO for Grupo Supervielle at Banco Supervielle and as a Security Product Manager at Prisma Medios de Pago S.A. In addition, Tomas has experience in the energy sector, having worked as the CISO for Enarsa at Energía Argentina S.A. Tomas Augusto started their career at Banco Hipotecario, initially as an Enterprise Architect and later as a Cybersecurity Leader. Before that, they held roles in information security at Metrovias S.A. and as an IT Administrator at Marval Ofarrell & Mairal. Tomas began their professional journey at Petrobras, providing VIP support.
