Nicole Wadlington is an experienced design professional with a robust background in textiles and graphics. Currently serving as the Director of Textiles & Graphics at Tea Collection since April 2017, Nicole previously held key leadership positions, including Managing Director of Textiles & Graphics Junior Division at C&A and Senior Director of Textiles & Graphics at Crazy 8, where skills in team management and creative direction were honed. Nicole began the career at Gymboree as a Senior Textile & Graphic Designer, leading the design of multiple lines for newborns. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and further studies at the California College of the Arts.
