Louise Ayling

Louise Ayling has a comprehensive work experience in the marketing and communications field. Louise started their career as a Marketing and Communications Assistant (Intern) at The Royal Court Theatre in 2012. Louise then moved on to work as a Marketing and Communications Officer at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland from September 2012 to November 2013. Following that, they worked as a Marketing and Communications Officer at the College of Haringey, Enfield, and North East London from December 2013 to August 2014.

In 2014, Louise Ayling joined Teach First and held various roles within the organization. Louise started as the Marketing Lead from September 2014 to September 2016, followed by the role of Senior Marketing Officer from September 2016 to November 2018. Finally, they served as the Marketing Manager from September 2018 to September 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Brand and Creative at Teach First, starting in September 2020.

Louise Ayling completed their Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2009.
