Chief Growth Officer at TEACH FIRST

Tom Lewis Reynier has an extensive work experience spanning across various roles and organizations. Tom currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at Teach First, starting from October 2023. Prior to this, Tom worked at WRAP, a global NGO, as the Director of Strategic Engagement from February 2020 to July 2023, where they aimed to create a sustainable world through collaboration with governments, businesses, and citizens. Tom also served as an Adviser, Non-Exec, Transformation Leader, and Consultant at Independent from November 2018 to February 2020.

In addition, Tom was seconded to Community Links as the Director of Income Generation & Partnerships from August 2017 to November 2018, where they focused on developing the organization's brand, strategic partnerships, and increasing voluntary and contract-based income. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Catch22, including Director of Corporate Strategy and Communications from November 2016 to November 2018, Director of Communications from August 2014 to November 2016, Marketing & Partnerships Director from April 2014 to August 2014, and Assistant Director, Business & Growth from November 2011 to April 2014.

Tom also has experience working with RNIB as the Head of Fundraising Innovation Services from September 2008 to October 2011, Save the Children as the Interim Head of Innovation from November 2007 to August 2008, The Bromley By Bow Centre as a Social Enterprise Consultant from July 2007 to November 2007, YouthNet as the Interim Head of Social Business from January 2007 to July 2007, and Royal Mail as the Business Development Manager (British Postal Museum & Archive) from June 2004 to December 2006.

Tom Lewis Reynier obtained an Executive MBA from the London Business School from 2002 to 2004. Tom also completed a Master's degree in Modern & Medieval Languages (Spanish & Russian) from the University of Cambridge between 1991 and 1995. Prior to that, they attended Alleyne's Academy in Staffs from 1986 to 1991. In addition, Tom participated in the Wavelength Leadership Training Programme in 2013-2014, and completed a programme on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) at the New Horizons Centre for NLP (England) from 2010 to 2011.
