Angela Baker

Angela Baker, M.S.Ed, currently serves as Managing Director for Project Management and Strategic Alignment at Teach For America since October 2015, where significant achievements include leading one-on-one meetings to improve team efficiency and managing complex project implementations. Previous roles at Teach For America involved overseeing regional strategy and engagement, talent development, and people engagement, resulting in enhanced communication, engagement metrics, and robust alumni support systems. Prior to this, Angela gained experience in educational roles as a language arts teacher and during a school counseling internship, contributing to curriculum development and student support. Angela holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Miami University.
