Caridad Cruz

Caridad Cruz, M.Ed., currently serves as the Managing Director of Leadership & Development Operations at Teach For America, where responsibilities include analyzing surveys to provide insights that inform the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusiveness efforts. Additionally, Caridad is involved in the Strategy & Operations Committee of the Latinx Advisory Council. Previous roles at Teach For America include Director of Communications and AmeriCorps Qualitative Research Fellow, alongside extensive experience in educational settings as an ELL Coordinator and teacher. Caridad also operated an online business as the Owner of Cari Cruz, LLC and held positions in talent sourcing and educational leadership. Caridad holds a Master of Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida.
