Delia MacLaughlin

Delia MacLaughlin is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in education, management, and research. Currently serving as a Corps Member at Teach For America, Delia teaches in under-resourced public schools while pursuing a Master's in Teaching at Relay Graduate School of Education. Previously, Delia managed pool operations for the City of Dublin, Ohio, overseeing teams and ensuring safety, and served in various educational roles, including Teaching & Learning Assistant positions at Wheaton College and project management with Seaside Sustainability. With a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Sociology from Wheaton College, Delia has demonstrated a strong commitment to community engagement and social justice through roles in nonprofit organizations and research initiatives.
