Jessica Sher

Jessica Sher is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and developing leadership within educational organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Teach For America since October 2022, Jessica manages full-cycle recruitment processes for senior leaders and staff while fostering diverse candidate pools. Previously, as Director of Talent at TenSquare, LLC, Jessica established a talent and recruitment practice, successfully placing over 400 individuals in charter schools across multiple states. Jessica has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Development & Strategic Partnerships at Thurgood Marshall Academy, where significant fundraising and external relations efforts were executed. Jessica holds a B.S. in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and an M.S.W. in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
