Kinsley Jones

Kinsley Jones, MSW, M.Ed, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational and social services. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director for Regional Growth Strategy at Teach For America since September 2018, Kinsley leads corps member assignment and strategy while advising on talent pipeline growth. Previous roles include Managing Director of Strategy & Insights at Well Health Inc., Entrepreneur Support Manager at Arch Grants, and various positions within Teach For America, where responsibilities included data management and alumni leadership. Kinsley also has experience in therapeutic roles, having worked as a Therapist at the Center for Mindfulness and CBT and as a Practicum Student at Children's Advocacy Services of Greater St. Louis. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s in Secondary Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
