Megan Cox

Megan Cox has extensive work experience in the education sector. Megan started their career as a Teacher at Tulsa Public Schools in 2012 and worked until 2016. Megan then joined College Bound Academy as a Lead Teacher from July 2016 to May 2017. Megan continued their journey at College Bound Academy, serving as an Instructional Coach from July 2017 to May 2019, and later as the Chief Academic Officer from June 2019 to June 2021. In 2021, they joined Teach For America as the Director of Teacher Leadership Development until August 2022. Currently, Megan holds the position of Managing Director, School and Teacher Leadership at Teach For America, starting from August 2022.

Megan Cox completed their Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration at the University of Oklahoma in 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in American History (United States) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011.
