Monique Rae Krimm is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in operations, talent acquisition, and teaching. Currently serving as the Manager of Matriculation Operations and Systems at Teach For America, Monique previously held various leadership positions within the organization, including Director of Matriculation, Onboarding & Recruitment Initiatives, and Director of Talent Acquisition at Meeting Street Schools. Earlier career roles include teaching third and fifth graders at Orange County Public Schools and serving as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Monique began a diverse career with foundational experiences as a Senior Culinary Team Member and intern at both Gettysburg National Military and Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Monique holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Penn State University.
