Rachel Kravitz

Rachel Kravitz is an experienced educational leader, currently serving as the Managing Director of Leadership Development - Operations at Teach For America, where responsibilities include supporting operations and logistics for the New England Program Hub. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Jefferson County K-12, including District Manager overseeing information systems and Curriculum Director for grades 6-12. Rachel's tenure at Teach For America included roles such as Director of Learning and Design, managing professional development for corps members and data strategies. With a foundation in teaching science at high school levels across multiple institutions, Rachel possesses a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Toledo.
