Ankit Agrawal

Ankit Agrawal currently serves as the City Director at Teach For India, starting in May 2024. Prior to this role, Ankit was the School Leader at iTeach Schools from May 2017 to April 2024, where a promotion to Team Leader 3 was achieved. Significant contributions included founding the first middle school in the network and developing comprehensive curriculums and programs for academic and holistic student achievement. Ankit also played a crucial role as the Founding Manager for Training and Development, establishing long-term strategies and implementing training programs for educators. Experience as a Lead Teacher involved managing a government secondary school and enhancing team culture. Ankit began the journey in education as a Teaching Fellow at Teach For India, making significant strides in student performance. Earlier roles included fundraising initiatives at Smile Foundation and teaching experience as a Management Intern at Shiksha Rath. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, completed in 2013.
