Gaurav Dutt

Gaurav Dutt is an experienced education professional currently serving as the City Director at Teach For India since August 2022. Previously, Gaurav held various roles, including Research Assistant at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where a study on teacher preparation strategies was conducted in collaboration with the Annenberg Institute at Brown University. Gaurav also contributed as an Editor for The Appian Way, a student research magazine, and as a Program Assistant at the Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative, focusing on knowledge management. Gaurav's academic background includes a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Himachal Pradesh University. Gaurav’s work experience includes significant tenure at Teach For India, starting as a Fellow and advancing to Program Manager, along with prior experience as a Systems Engineer at Infosys.
