Shruti Parikh

Shruti Parikh has over 8 years of experience in the social sector with a focus on adolescent girls and young people. Shruti is currently the Director of Human Resources at Teach For India. Prior to that, they were the Team Lead at Dasra, where they managed a portfolio of over 280 NGOs focused on social change for adolescent girls and young people. Shruti also worked as a Business Development Analyst at RealCME, a health course company, and as a Development Assistant at Possible Health. In their free time, they enjoy volunteering with various organizations that work with adolescents and young people.

Shruti Parikh has a post-graduate certificate from the Amani Institute in Social Innovation Management. Shruti also has a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College in Biology/Biological Sciences with a minor in Public Policy. Shruti's secondary education includes a Higher Secondary Certificate in Biology/Biological Sciences from JAI HIND COLLEGE and a High School diploma from The Cathedral and John Connon School with an Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (I.C.S.E).
