Ionela Munteanu

Ionela Munteanu is a Learning Specialist at Teach for Romania, focusing on enhancing literacy skills among secondary school students through teacher support and program implementation since July 2019. Previous roles include Teachers Manager, coordinating professional development for teachers in low-income communities, and Coordinating Tutor, mentoring early-career educators. Ionela has also worked as an Online English and Romanian Trainer, delivering language courses for corporate learners, and has experience as a Trainer and Mentor with PROF 21. Ionela holds various degrees, including a Bachelor's and Master's in Philology, as well as ongoing studies in Integrative Psychotherapy and Psychology.
