David Sparkes

David Sparkes has worked in a variety of roles in the IT and audio engineering fields. In 2021, they began working for Teach Starter as an IT Support / QA Engineer and IT Support. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Audio Engineer from 2014. From 2015 to 2021, they were employed at The Milk Factory Kitchen & Bar as a Production Manager/FOH Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for all technical aspects of shows at the venue, maintaining equipment, and providing recommendations to improve the acoustic quality of the room. Additionally, they trained new sound engineers and interns.

David Sparkes obtained a Bachelor of Creative Technology (Audio Engineering and Sound Production) from JMC Academy in 2013. David also holds a CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in September 2020.
