Theresa West

Theresa brings extensive experience to the table including teaching elementary, middle, and high school, and serving leadership roles at each level, including her work as a principal in turning around two elementary schools and working as a director in Fairfax County Public Schools where she worked with her Assistant Superintendent in supporting and evaluating 27 schools. She is passionate about coaching school leaders. She completed her leadership coaching program at Georgetown University and has earned a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. By building on the positive and listening to school leaders, she provides support as leaders focus on strategic planning, and building creative and welcoming cultures with a focus on student learning.
