Amanda Morgan

Amanda Morgan is a legal and child protection professional currently serving at the NSW Crown Solicitor's Office, focusing on high-risk offenders and child protection. With extensive involvement in national and community organizations, Amanda holds multiple positions, including membership on various advisory groups at the National Office for Child Safety, such as the National Clinical Reference Group and the First Nations Working Group. Amanda is a 2022 Churchill Fellowship recipient, researching trauma-informed legal approaches, particularly for Indigenous and LGBTQIA+ communities. Additional roles include project management at Macquarie University aimed at developing the Aboriginal workforce in legal services and serving on boards and committees related to women's safety and lived experience advocacy.
