Matthew Malia

Matthew Malia's work experience begins in 2007 as a Technical Operations Assistant at Lifetime Television. From there, they worked as a Public Speaking and Debate Instructor at Kugnus ACTS from 2010 to 2013. Matthew then joined the Edgemont School District as a Debate Coach in 2008 and later became the Director of Debate from 2009 to 2015. In 2012, they joined Capitol Debate as a Senior Instructor and eventually became the Director of Debate Programs in 2015. From 2016 to 2018, Matthew worked at Poly Prep Country Day School as a Teacher and Associate Director of Forensics. Since 2018, they have been employed at Teachable, starting as a Customer Educator and progressing to roles such as Customer Care Shift Lead, Senior Customer Education Specialist, Product Specialist, and Technology Operations Specialist. Their most recent position at Teachable is as a Product Manager, holding the roles of Associate Product Manager and Junior Product Manager prior to that.

Matthew Malia attended Binghamton University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
