Regina Lindsey

Regina Lindsey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Regina is currently working at Teachable as the Director of People since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of People Business Partner at the same company from October 2021 to March 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Regina worked at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation. Their roles included Executive Director & AVP, Workforce Development from February 2019 to October 2021, Director of Workforce Development from May 2018 to February 2019, and Business Partnerships Manager from July 2017 to May 2018.

In 2020-2021, they participated in the Workforce Systems Leadership Program at Coro New York Leadership Center.

Before that, Regina worked at Premier Staffing Source, Inc. as a Recruitment Lead from June 2016 to June 2017.

From 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Honeywell RPO Account) at Randstad Sourceright.

Regina's career started in 2004 at The Coca-Cola Company, where they worked as a Communications Specialist from November 2004 to August 2007.

Prior to their current roles, Regina worked at Fulton County Government as a Career Advisor from April 2010 to June 2011, and as a Program Eligibility Coordinator from August 2009 to April 2010.

Regina Lindsey's education history includes a Master of Jurisprudence degree in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, which they completed in 2023. Regina also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hampton University. In addition to their formal education, Regina has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in their field. These certifications include Human Resources: Leadership and Strategic Impact and Strategic Human Resources, both obtained from LinkedIn in August 2021. Regina also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021. Regina has further enhanced their understanding of inclusive leadership and workplace diversity through the completion of the "Inclusive Leadership: The Power of Workplace Diversity" course on Coursera, also obtained in May 2021. Lastly, they obtained the Certified Paralegal (CP) certification from Emory University in May 2009.
