Reshma Joseph possesses extensive experience in membership services, currently serving as the Head of Membership Services at Teachers Health since July 2011, after progressing through roles as Manager and Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Reshma worked at HSBC Bank Middle East in Bahrain as a Credit Card Manager from 2002 to 2008. Reshma's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ethiraj College for Women. Additionally, Reshma has acquired knowledge in Agile Methodology from the Australian Institute of Management.

Teachers Health is a not-for-profit health fund for members of the education community, and their families. We were created by teachers (for teachers) over 60 years ago and are now the largest industry-based health fund in Australia, covering the lives of over 360,000 people. Today, our members include teachers, administration and support staff working in public, private and independent primary and secondary schools, as well as tertiary education. Membership is also open to families of eligible members.
